Right over Wrong- Food for Thought!

Once Ragav,  the health minister went to visit an asylum to check it's functioning and the treatment given to the patients. When he reached there he saw a very interesting sight.
Many patients under treatment were using a mug and pouring water outside from a small tank and the most interesting thing was that the tap was open and water kept flowing.

The minister was confused seeing this sight, and inquired about it with the head of the psychiatric department. The doctor told him that it was an exercise given to the patients. They have to actually empty the tank completely.

The minister further got confused, as he couldn't understand what sort of exercise can it be. The tap was actually open.
The doctor explained " If the mentally affected patients are really cured, then they would actually close the tap and then empty the tank. This would prove that they are completely cured."

The minister realized a truth from this incident. He was trying to stop people from consuming liquor and was trying to abolish alcoholism from his country without stopping the producers and the manufacturers.

He also realized that there was no difference between the normal human beings and the patients he visited. The patients are trying to empty the tank without closing the tap. Likewise, we are trying to do several things without analyzing the root of the issue. If the root is found, the solution is found!
